BACKGROUND

3Gen opened its doors in 2014 fueled by an experienced staff with combined, international experience in design, project management, marketing & branding. By fusing creative design with an agile investment and development discipline, 3Gen is amassing a portfolio of high performing assets and has built a signature brand translatable across its properties.
